Within

Proverbs 15:16

16 Better is a little with the fear of the Lord,
Than great treasure with trouble.

Within

My Father owns everything why do I want some of it in my name?

How are we to survive anyhow if not building on the Rock?

Possessions don’t mean a thing when health goes down the drain

Be satisfied to have a meal today, don’t think about holes in your socks

Today has enough trouble of its own, there is little left to say

When someone faces sorrow, know there’s no other way

Why do we search for happiness and often spell it wrong?

As then we wind up happy-less and write that in our songs

Why don’t we adore loneliness and let it fill us to the brim?

Are we afraid of only-ness, because we have to look within?
