Why Me, Why Her?

Seeing myself walking through the hallways.

I’m alone,

yet this is the last time I pass through here.

All I do is think, think, think…

Why me?

Why must my last year be filled with obstacles in my way?

Why is it that everyone is all happy?

I’m just here secretly falling in a dark hole.

Seeing her walking through the hallways.

She’s alone,

this is the last time we both pass through here.

All I do is think, think, think…

Why her?

Why is it that she seems to face many obstacles?

Why is it that she is melancholic?

I’m just here secretly feeling sympathy.

I show no fear, but I’m alone.

If only someone could change my life.

Someone who will approach with a single face,

Not having to hide the other…

Wait, why is she staring at me?

She seems fearless, but even independent.

If only I could change her life

I shall approach her as myself

Not having to hide behind...

Darn, she saw me looking at her!

She doesn’t seem to defame me.

She is just staring with serenity.

Why haven’t we talked at all before?

I know we’ve had classes together.

I don’t wanna seem harmful

I just calm myself and stare

we’ve never talked before.

I know we’ve had classes together.

She’s beautiful, I’m very banal.

We’ll have nothing in common

Will she even get along with me?

She’s gregarious, I’m very conservative.

We’ll have nothing in common.

Will she even get along with me?

She starts approaching me.

She knows I know she’s heading towards me.

I start approaching her.

She knows  I’m heading towards her.

“Hi there,” she says.

“Hi there, “ I say.

And that has made all of the difference.

And that has made all of the  difference.
