Why I Write

I don't write just to write for fun

or simply because I can.

I write to find meaning,

a meaning to all of the world,

but mostly to me.

I was born with the name my parents gave me,

but what does it mean?

The literal translation only supports some of me.

Everyday I find out a little more about who I am,

often to only give rise to more questions,

more confusion.

That is why I write.

I write to discover myself,

to explore who I am,

and if I didn't write it down

then it would disappear.
