Why Give In

Now it’s on to you, now I gotta say what’s up

I trying to telling how you messed.

Sure, we’re not perfect and we make bad decisions

But I just wanna say that I hope you finished

With you and trying to make yourself look great

How much time and how much money didn’t take

Just to get to the standards of the ones that judge.

Don’t let a punch come from that small nudge.

They say you don’t look good enough, but you take it too hard

That if you don’t start looking better, you’ll be looking like an old fart.

You’re face is too ugly, you look like pig

You’ve got abnormal feet and you’re ass ain’t big.

Where does that go, it goes straight to the wallet

The acceptance, you want it.

But why don’t you want it so bad

Does this type lifestyle make you glad?

When does this madness stop, when does it end?

Do you truly believe that’s money well spent?

Every dollar, every cent

When does spending money like that start to make any sense.

The fact that you’re changing form someone other than yourself

That just breaks yourself.

Letting words get you like that

Wasting your time doing what they want, because they’re breathing down your back.

They won’t leave you alone until they’ve seen what they want

But is this type of lifestyle the one that you want?

Sure I’mm not kind, but these are words you have to hear

I’m tired of seeing constantly shedding tears.

In the end, you do some much work

But you still let others define your worth.

In the end, they’re still not satisfied with the work you’ve done

Now try telling me that this habit is really fun.

Maybe you’ll finally work it out with your mind

After I’ve said that words that have been on my mind.

Take these words and try fix the way you are.

Do things for yourself, no doubt you get far.

Remember to change for nobody other than yourself

Then maybe you’ll feel happiness that you’ve never felt.
