Why Can't I Love You?

Location

Your so curvy and smooth and you catch peoples eyes when you come into a room
But so far with you I can't even look your way
Everytime I see you I know i'm not okay..
You've got scars and you've suffered and you may be losing your battle
Your all worn out like an old couch on the curb of a side walk
Eveyones used you up, tore you down, and even left their marks; their calling cards if you will
So when I look in the mirror I know the story, I know your story, I know my story
Because your my body and I don't even treat you right
I don't take the time to thank God and say my prayers to the skin that is my protection
I left you to be ragged and scarred for life but no one can see that
No one can see that I don't love myself and the body God put me in
They just see a smile and thats the end
