Why bother?

I could just stay

swaddled in my fluffy lilac blanket.

Why even bother?

Everyday is just the same.

tests,

homework,

and stress.

Why even bother?

If all I'm going to do is busy work.

Why even bother?

Bother because it is worth it.

Bother because your friends are waiting for you at the library.

Bother because you can pass that test.

Bother because even though school is stressful,

it is rewarding.

Bother because you do not want a bad grade.

Bother because you like sports.

Bother because you are president of a club.

Why bother?

Bother because you will still have to go tomorrow and you will just be more stressed than you are today.
