Why judge based on the color of one's skin,

Or by the country that they were born in?

Why do we spend our time discriminating?

Why don't we see all the pain we’re creating?

Why do genders have unequal pay,

And why are we blamed for it every day?

We are all humans on the same planet

But nothing in this world can be fair can it?

But of course that’s not true, we can all make a change,

The fact that we don’t try is really quite strange.

I implore you to stand up and use your voice,

Because in a world like this, you have no choice.

Your voice is beautiful so let it be heard,

believe in what you say, every word.
