WHO AM I

My espousal to know myself forced
Me to swallow a pin.
And vainly searching for my soul.
For I had become vagrant in my own identity.
I looked for the ecstasy beneath my heart.

I pleaded to the gods.
And I became a vapid as my fear deepened
like a tonsil.
Then my hearts vehement.
I again pleaded with the heavens
for I needed to know me.
I decided to play poker with my intentions.

As an erudite,I took my aspects.
to search for the philosopher in my identity.
I became the writer of my story.
And found an answer to my egos.
Deep I found my poetry soul .
As yet found out I was not just a poet,
but a craving poet.

Me
