When darkness falls and night

When darkness falls and night rolls in,

the sun says goodnight and the parties begin.

When morning comes and lifts the sun,

it feels like your life has just begun.

We skip down the road to paradise together.

Sure, who doesn't love an overcast day?

But as the sun gleams off my skin and warms my body,

I can't picture myself in any other world.

Rain is beautiful as well,

but often cold as a prison cell.

Sun showers are preferred.

So, golden sun, please shine on.

And continue the days of fun.
