What keeps me standing

Don't trust people,

Don't trust God,

Don't trust the part of yourself,

That wants to stab a knife,

Through your heart.

They are standing on,

Deception, falsehood, lies.

Every lie to knock you down.

They want you to fall,

Down to hell,

You can't accept it.

Don't have faith in a broken god,

Faith in a selfish human,

Faith in falling to your demise.

No faith in myths and legends,

Will ever keep you standing.

So refuse your faith in lies.

Have faith in the one thing,

That to this day keeps you standing.

Have faith in yourself.
