What is it that I love

On an Island that no one know

The seeds of sorrow a shipwreck sowed

To nip these off at the bud

Let me tell you what I love

The books of old would do just fine

To help me pass the spacious time

From darkess night doth I read

These dusty tomes set me free

They break the chains that life hath made

Releasing me from this pain

The ache of love, the distress of loss

The doubt life and death insured

through these pages I do soar

And leave this world forever more
