A Walk To Remember

A Walk To Remember

It's been a long walk to this road
And my soul is worn out
My knees are all sore
But it is worth every step taken

You won't see the greener side
If your planta pained and you turn back
The journey won't be easy
But at the end,
it will be worth every step taken

I wrestled with negative thoughts
I hurdled through thorny obstacles
I swam through muddy rivers
I heard all the naysayers
But never lost faith to push forward
Now, here I am staring at the blue sky
Refreshing winds the summer's heat assuage
