Vultures or eagles

Isaiah 40:31

31 But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.

Vultures or eagles

Here we go again ... grab a pen and paper

After some reading my thoughts are still in hiding

It seems so common that almost like a vapor

Truth can come or disappear in issues of the mind

Where is the heart and its fertile communication?

Can it be found when inspiration seems too blind?

Is this not like preordained in this fallen creation,

that nothing worth while supplies this need for mankind?

In this barren dessert can one find water quickly,

unless one digs down in contrast with hindrance?

No plants visible except cacti to help me and the sickly

To search for the source of life through perseverance

Gliding high from the sky vultures or eagles are seeking

In love with dying entities they hope that some will croak

Nature at its best or worst always ready for the reaping

At the expense of the weak and helpless or some other dope.
