Pass, set, and hit.

When I walk into the gym I never quit.

 Medicine balls, burpees, and pushups,

Until I make varsity I will never give up.

The dream of a champion can be tiring I must admit.

Never loose sight of getting fit,

I will not end up at the bottom of the pit.

 Lower, lower, lower, coach screams,

While I yell in pain, I remember my dream.

Pass, set, and hit.

On game day don't forget,

You must remember bit by bit

The hard work that you display,

No opponent can stand in your way.

Pass, set, and hit.
