As we gaze into the merciless eyes
Of thy creature that is white,
We do not fight.
Our hearts are full of hope and serene
to the most powerful degree.
As we stand united as one mind,
We march over that horrible debris.
We have had enough,
Of the slurs, comments, and judgements.
We have carried for generations,
Loads of rascism and disrespect far past abundance.
If god created man
In the vision of himself.
Why must we be treated
So differently then anybody else.
If they can throw bombs into churches,
Murdering pure innocence.
Why must we stare at them in praise
And walk the streets with diligence.
With attitude and stress
Passed down through our genetics.
One false slip
Can take us straight to the gates of heaven in a second.
Where peace is all that we ask for,
But also where humans are scared to even answer their front door.
We stand proud,
Hoping, praying, that freedom will ring.
And that god brings us,
Our sweet clean dream.
