There are good days, and bad,
But we can't always feel sad,
Cruelty makes us mad,
But kindness and warmth makes us glad.

There are beliefs and doubts,
Some that make us scream, some that make us shout.
Think of something else, no reason to pout.
Cabin fever is depressing, let's go out!

Let's see a movie, let's watch the sky,
Let's ride a horse, let's watch petals fly.
Let's play with the dogs, let's watch cars go by.
Let's swim in the river, let's bake a pie.

If we get off the couch, and go play,
We won't feel depressed, day after day,
Now follow me, let me here you say,
"I won't be sad anymore, I'll live my life my own way"
