Understanding

Understanding someone
More like seeing where their coming from.
Being in their shoes but not walking in the same path as they do.
A point of view in fact, what you think you can relate to?
Looking at me kike we're on the same page.
Experience gives us wisdom through growing age.
But how can you say you understand someone?
Or even seen what they have seen?
We stare down at the exterior without really seeing the human being.
We put pass judgment because we "think" we know.
But we don't see the path that they had to take.
And still say we know. we understand, and we can relate.
In actuality we have no idea.
We see what we want to see but still can't see what's inside the human being
It's crazy right, what you tend to see without really knowing.
That their is more than what meets the eye.
Maybe in time you will realize.
That understanding someone is not necessarily really understanding them at all.
Because in order to understand someone.
You have to be able to understand yourself.
