Twelve Labors

Tasks set before Heracles

prove bitter and dark.

Beasts to battle

no longer take solid forms, instead

manifesting as the looming threats

that many either

support, or ignore.

How will he stand up for

children with no voices,

refugees without stability?

How to oppose

the selfish greed we all posess,

the unwavering opinions that hold no truth?

How to defeat

all this and more

by himself?

Who will step forward,

and provide aid in the labors

given to one man?
