Twas' The Past

Those tears arn't for nothing.

The reason behind each drop means something.

It runs quickly down the cheek, holding a fond memory.

It's meaning is powerful, but its meaning may not be settling.

It could be from that broken heart, or some form of joyous celebrating.

It begins to gather, at the brink of the chin that is trembling.

Those eyes shut tight, fighting back the rest of the tears trying to escape from the person inside.

As the tear falls from the face, it lands with a *plop* on the cold concrete.

Now, this memory has had more meaning then anything else, and only that person can now how it felt.

When the tears come in a persons day, it means something happened, too much to just hold it in.

Tears are what happens when someone burst.

Whatever it may be from, to cry is not a shame of defeat.

But merely the pride in someone who acknowledges that crying, may be the only thing to do, to not feel empty.
