People appear as though everything about them is black and white,

but everyone's true colors must be revealed to see the full painting.

People hide behind filters to blur the imperfections

because when true colors are shown, others try to repaint the picture.

Without the filters we feel bare and exposed,

open to the public for viewing and judging. 

The way to fix society's problem, is to stop caring

Post that selfie without makeup and without a filter,

show the world you are better than the stereotypes.

Reveal your true colors and don't let your viewers change your image 

because you, like every work of art, is specialized to be like no other.
