Trapped by hands of desire.
Stuck with cries from my own body.
Trapped in a ring of fire.
Wrapped around me is barbed wire...
And it's beginning to tighten painfully.

Living a life of sins.
For thus I can't seem to atone.
Feelings buried deep within,
now I'm subconsciously driven,
to sit for hours by a dial tone,
that has no one on the other end.
I want to break this godamn phone!
Because it's a reminder.
In this empty house,
with nobody home.

But every time I try to escape,
you pull me back in.
No matter how good you seem to be,
I refuse to do this again.

Trapped by hands of desire.
Stuck with cries from my own body.
Trapped by someone who's turned out to be a liar.
Wrapped around me is barbed wire,
and it's beginning to tighten painfully.

My walls have collapsed,
yet you tell me to relax?
I can't.
Because, even if you don't realize it,
you have me trapped.

Trapped by hands of desire.
How can I leave when you're my supplier?
False promises to ignite fire.
I swear I could get so much higher.
Wrapped around me is barbed wire...
And it's beginning to tighten painfully.
