1 Corinthians 10:13~"No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful and he not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide a way of escape so that you will be able to endure it."

Can someone to me why as humans, we work so hard, spend so much money, time, effort into so many thing in  this world that ultimately and absolutely won't and never will satisfy our human bodies and flesh?

Sadly we are so blinded by what the enemy only wants us to see. We are so blinded by the fact that we think that the things we long for will and only can come through people or things that are in this world, rather than letting ourselves to see the truth that the enemy and the world will try to cover up.

The very things we long for and desire is through and in Jesus Christ and Him alone!

Once we allow ourselves to see and discover the truth we begin to realize that all along we have lived our whole lives searching for something greater, something better, something that will satisfy, something or someone that will fill the void in our hearts.

Can someone also explain to me why we are so reluctant and in denial that the very thing we long for, the very thing we need, that missing piece in the puzzle is Jesus? 

Through Him we find hope, we find love like no other, we find peace, we find our satisfaction, restoration, eternal life, forgiveness, and, freedom, we longed and searched for this entire time.
