They Call Her Baby

Location

With every dip and turn
The men take their time as they gaze at her curves
Tossing out dollar bills
Addressing her as baby or shawty
As hungry eyes roam her body

She feels filthy
This woman is no longer a girl
Broadcasting her goods
To every dog in this world
She is safe
She is home
Yet she still feels those hungry eyes roam

No amount of soap can wash away her shame
The little girl is gone, only her corpse remains
