Therapy

We meet once a week.

I tell you my thought and fears.

You sneak a peak

At what's been going on all these years.

You lead me down a path of discovery.

You know how painful it can be.

So, we take things slowly.

At last I am allowed to be me.

It is more than uncomfortable -

This evolution of self.

Yet, you make it more palatble

To take old baggage off my shelf.

We look at it and talk a -

about it.

I grow to understand -

That my pain is real.

It is okay to be feel.
