Theory of Broken Hearts

I am damaged and so was she

We fit together. Like puzzles; perfectly

She is the whole to the half that I see

Cause she is damaged as so as me

I am broken, more so, than she

I shut out the world completely

But then she opened the doors of what I can be

Cause she is broken more so than me

I am rejected and so was she

So we chose to accept each other wholeheartedly

I have your back as you have thee

Cause she was rejected as much as me

I was ready to pull the trigger, but there said she

"If you are to die, who would be there for me?"

My demons silenced cause I love her eternally

Cause I almost broke but she fixed me

I thought we'll have each other, but there left she

Left a gaping hole where my heart used to be

It's bigger that before, this void she gave me

When I hoped for more and there left she

.

.

.

.

Taking what's left of me in place of misery.
