Thank You

Fri, 07/24/2015 - 11:01 -- Indigo7

To the early morning sunrise

warm, dancing beams of light

vibrant red and gold

pierce the blackest of black nights

To the warm wind that blusters

dancing through the trees,

the sound of children’s laughter

carried by a cool spring breeze

To the rushing, rolling river

that never never ceases

speeding, turning, always moving

onwards towards the sea

To the stars that twinkle

and sing their silent melody

enchanting me to wish upon them

for peace and harmony

Thank you for an amazing childhood
