I sew and sew

But I can never close the hole. 

It always seems to catch on something.

A jagged edge-

I cannot count the hours spent mending

Is the hole even worth repairing?

But I continue to sew and sew. 

Maybe one day I will rip out all the threads

And let it be, open and exposed.
