Te Amo

Listen, this is why I love you

not because of money

not because of favors

not because I have to

but because I am you

I am a product of you, Mom

you are my mother, my best friend

until the day I die I will know this

you created me and grew me and taught me how to be

the man I am today, is thanks to the woman you have always been

an incredible teacher, a partner like no other

when I cried, you were there

when I failed, you were there

when I quit, you were there

and every time you guided me on, guided me to success

I will never be able to repay what you have done for me

You have given me the courage and knowledge to fight for what I aspire to be

Without you mother, I would not be me

And I thank you for that, and I will never stop thanking you for that

Thank you for making me, me

Te Amo Mamma
