Tale of Freedom

There once was a man who led a march for his rights,
king was his name, his followers nonwhites,
his vision was clear, equality of skin,
be black or white you would fit in,
His speech so bold it shook a nation,
Voices rang for a new foundation,
where freedom meant free,
and not just another declaration,
His sacrifice was great,
he did not see its inception,
his fight is still here,
now lets end it with our generation
