Once upon a time five pennies began their journey.

Thought to be alone, really in perfect company.

You see these pennies were worth more than just five cents.

To each other they were the world but then away one went.

Yes one day, just out of the blue.

With no warning at all, what will these pennies do?

This tragedy brought them together in more ways than one.

These pennies began to grow deeper, their job never done.

One was there for another whenever the going was rough.

They realized to get through the hard times they have to stay tough.

So there they sat for the rest of their lives.
