Tainted Love

She's my one and only true love.

She's the cloud in the sky, and an angel from above.

She's the summer breeze to my hair, and she makes me think life's fair.

She's a rose blossoming in the spring.

She's my absolute everything.

Lord, she is in my dreams.

She is everywhere I go, and everything I see.

She's the beauty within me.
She's the voice that fills my needs.

Her cherry red lips is what I feed.

She makes my heart bleed.

Mercy, she is what I crave.

Into my heart she will engrave her love that carries me to the grave.

It leads me astray, she keeps me depraved.

I am her loving slave.

I cannot live without her,

She is everything I hoped for.

When no one is around, she comes without a sound.

She dries my tears with the sorrows of winter.

She softens my cries with the tip of her finger.

She sings the sweet song of forever.

We shall die together.

So often, she's all around, anywhere I can be found.

She has me singing the blues.

She sometimes gives me a bruise.

She's a weapon of mass destruction.

Without her I cannot function.

She tears into my chest, and rips out whatever is left.

With her I cannot rest.

She invades my mind, and digests any good thoughts I had processed.

She makes my body ache with terror, but without her there's an error.

She tortures my soul, though she makes me feel whole.

She whispers the seduction of death.

She makes me want to take my last breath.

She is the love I will never have.

She is the hate inside my eyes.

She is the liquor in my veins.

She is the cigarette to my lips.

She is the blood on my skin.

Without her I'm nothing.

She is the drug to my high.

I cannot bear to say goodbye.

So I'll endure the pain, forever in her chains.

Forever possessed and obsessed by her embrace.

There is no way out.

She is something I cannot live without.

I'll hide her with a mask, smiling with a grin.

She is my medicine.

She is depression.
