Tainted Flower

Tainted Flower, thou visage dangerously beautiful.

Claws like thorns dripped with blood.
A once beautiful flower now tainted; pitiful.
The evil surrounding blemished thou beautiful bud.

Though dangerous, my reverence for thou is high.
Suffered through harsh conditions; stayed strong.
Pulled through obstacles that more than meets the eye.
A survivor of domineering men, headstrong.

My friend, my best friend.
Bullied and tormented.
Thorns as protection and petals as skin,
Callously demented.

Pure enchanted with feeble power
Through misery born a Tainted Flower.
