Summer Of 2016

I realized the divide of black and white, the clash of lower and upper class

I would have loved to see the world through a child's eyes unable to distinguish lies

But how could I deny the injustice and crime I've witnessed before my eyes

My childhood is slowly withering away another marginalized group is lying on the

ground today; Let's see what's trending on social media today

Another way to change your apperance in the place that you hate

My world is no longer filled with bratz dolls and board games

No more disney or boomerang; I am now a blossoming women who is very mature

for her age, My self awareness is insane but with knowing the things that I know

My disapointment will continue to grow
