2 Thessalonians 1:5 

5 This is evidence of God’s righteous judgment,

to make you worthy of the kingdom of God,

for which in fact you are suffering.

Suffer my dear brother to show your faith is true,

handle pains and aches to reflect you are so special.

Persecution brands ... your destiny in truth

for so they handled Jesus ... His love so sacrificial.

If they did it unto Him ... they will do unto us

unless we show too little ... to be like Him in deed.

Is being sentimental the only proof of our existence

but living life itself ... beyond the Holy and God’s speed?

Genuine in faith ... a gift from our Savior

He will keep us pure before the day is done.

He will guide us through our own behavior

to make all things acceptable ... truth never forgone.
