Stress fracture stretch

Stress fracture stretch
Breathe right
Tell your mind you’ve left
Straighten up
Reach towards your toes
Tore ligaments never meant
Totally helpless woes
Never called for time to stop ticking
Time to stop thinking
stop frolicking
Stop succumbing to the surname sick sickling
Hey sick call, sergeant, sir, mam
Suck on deez nuts
Protein
Calcium D, vitamin c,
Eat all your leafy greens
Leave your plate with nothing
After all, you are what you eat
And you are more than a green bean
You have been more than a has been
Beem me up Scotty
I’m trekin faster than my legs can trot
You can slow down my pace, but you can’t pace my thought
If this news is more than you can fetch
Then sorry not sorry, dog
You need to stress fracture stretch
