To speak my mind is no simple task

But allow me to take you behind my mask

Thoughts flow through  me  just like the  Nile 

Some days it feels like it goes  for miles

To keep up with my feet up is no simple feat

Sink or swim moment has me feeling beat

Feeling in need of a floatation device

Like a life line I'll throw you my advice

the more you struggle the more time you waste

Be like the water and keep on flowing

Staying at a steady pace keep your positivity glowing
