You see a young lady who is talented and smart.

She stands.

Some say she is the epitome of who Stands for what's right.

You see the person who wants people to be treated fair.

Some never see her with a frown or her face.

She stands.

You see a girl who is great for adivice and words of advice.

She stands.

I see the girl who doubts her abilities and gets scared.

She backs down.

I see the girl who has done some things to jepordize her future.

I see the child who has bullied because she was bullied and didn't care.

She backs down.

I see the girl who crys every night even while writing this poem because she feels like no one is in sight.

I see the child who can tell you it's all worth wild but she is in that same place she can't encouage herself and she chokes.

There are times when i stand up and times when I back down. People may see the rainbow only it rained. Not every day is bright, especially when you're from a small town.
