Spiritual Law

Ephesians 6:13-18 New English Translation (NET Bible)

13 For this reason, take up the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand your ground on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm therefore, by fastening the belt of truth around your waist, by putting on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 by fitting your feet with the preparation that comes from the good news of peace, 16 and in all of this, by taking up the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

17 And take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 With every prayer and petition, pray at all times in the Spirit, and to this end be alert, with all perseverance and requests for all the saints.

Spiritual law

There are spiritual laws in effect whose legal judgments can’t be broken.

The authority is so great ... that even devils can’t disobey.

The most basic and consequential of the spiritual realm for sure

Is that nothing pertaining to man can be done without the consent of God’s Way.

Our battle is not against flesh and blood ... but against powers of darkness.

Through the yielding to the Sword of the Spirit ... one can regain what was lost.

Recapture lost ground from the flesh ... and the evil that easily besets it

Through obedience and perseverance ... for Jesus paid the cost.

The foe attacks with many items ... he throws many things at our feet.

Day and night he labors ... for spirits never sleep.

We don’t have to accept anything ... if we rely on God.

We will confront all issues ... with the entrained scripture of God.

Confront doubts with texts of faith you know ... and despair with texts of hope.

Fears with words of peace and such ... this is all you need to do.

Don’t accept but order to depart ... the evil that besets you

for you can be dead to the world ... the devil’s only power is to test you.

When you are dead to sin ... Satan’s power over you is none.

You are crucified with Christ ... away from worldly things.

The Eternal sweetly smiles ... as His Love lifts you up

and then it is He, Who lives ... and not you to fulfill a thing.

Every snare that Satan sets ... Christ will help to avoid it.
