My heart wont beat any softer

My eyes will still linger

Like rolling thunder it comes after

And threatens to pull me under

It feels like gravity

It sucks me in and pulls me down

I feel the breath taken out of me

Im left with nothing but sound

For I have been blinded

I cannot see

Tunnel vision has enveloped

Left only you and me

The sound is thumping

Drumming in my ears

Like a bass vibrating

Seconds seem like years

The world slows down for a moment

A moment is all I get

Because while im busy dreaming

It's me you tend to forget
