Sonnet 8: For Kam
The way you gaze into my timid eyes,
You have this way of conquering my breath,
So when you leave me I do not but sigh,
And dwell upon your beauty underneath.
The way I gaze on your enchanting face,
With fascination on this ‘spledant scene,
In each blissful moment I am at peace;
I would drown in those eyes of sea blue-green.
I cannot help but dwell upon my past,
And ponder what we have in store ahead;
Have I found you in perfect time at last,
Are you the one for which I earn’stly pled?
Though I do not know I also don’t care,
For I don’t mind being lost in your stare.
