The Song

Close your eyes and listen well

Do you hear it too?

Abandon your sight, your touch, your smell

Before it bids adieu

A song I hear, so soft and pure

A sound from on the breeze

A song I hear, to its allure

A sound from between the trees

By day it carries through the wind

The animals, the bugs, the plants

By night it sings like the day akin

The song, it seems, enchants

Upon the babbling brook it swirls

Among the rocks it dances

High up in the trees it stirs

Wending through the branches

Close your eyes and listen well

Do you hear it too?

Nature is a beautiful song

From the right point of view
