Sonder?

Thu, 01/09/2025 - 10:41 -- Vivin

Will you follow me down this path?

With a kick of curiosity,

Shells of life, a singular seed in full bloom

Like an echo in the forest,

Like a widow, unlade by the dance of the wind

Like mind and time and the human's dark experience did I intake

When did I find myself believing I am God's good conscience

Did I hear you speak and dared to believe it was an imitation of me

Who offered me the world? How'd I think I owned it all

Going up and down on it's own, like a seesaw

How foolish of me to think I sat on it alone

Joined hands, the cause of euphoria

I took a walk around that park again

I saw more than just one flower

I won't look, who'll get off first?

Aren't we all victims of sonder?
