So Sick

Am I so sick?
That I'm no longer phased
By the blood on our hands
These demons we've raised
I laugh at our danger
Fire tastes sweet
Torching the meadow
Where blood and lust meet
Love is a ghost now
A meaningless kiss
Regret is a joke
That I do not miss
Distribute resources
With friends that don't care
They love you! They hate you!
They'll give you your share
Oh what kind sorrow
The past is but mist
Don't waste your bloodlife
Slitting your wrists
There's people who care!
The few, and the brave
We love you my dear
We dive for a save
And though with one smile
We're filling your cup
Our lips are so twisted
They eat others up
And am I so sick
That I don't even blink
When lights flash to darkness
There's evil, I think
