Smiling Tree

Location

Rewind delete then press repeat

On with my life lived oh so neat

I cry with a laugh so unique

Who hears my tears but the weak?

I gnash and break all my teeth

All that's left are gums that bleed

Planting my teeth like little seeds

They sprout like dandilion weeds

I douse them with gasoline

Watching the glow of the yellow red ravine

All words escape me now

I am an oak I stand proud

A golden haired girl below swings

A blue bird perched on me sings

When I die I lived without love

The Life of the smiling tree

Slavery to the earth for me
