Slip Away

Oh they all live in a glass house

Surrounded by the light they never found

Clawing at the counciousness they could never grasp

Yearning for a moment that's all too sweet to last

When the morning rises into sight

They will find shelter from the demons of the night

So crystalline in it's clarity

I am staring into the void

And it's staring back at me

I will clam you with the melodies I hear

Some euphoric distant voice sings into my ears

I will watch you waste away

As your hopes deteriorate

Little frail memories will resurface in time

They will be burstng with colors even when you are blind

When they finally fade

You will slip away
