Sky lift

Isaiah 40:31

31 But those who wait for the Lord’s help find renewed strength;
they rise up as if they had eagles’ wings,
they run without growing weary,
they walk without getting tired.

Sky lift

Slowly moving upward ... no personal energy

Glancing at the valley as reality grows smaller

Nothing moving forward ... only synergy

as all are now united in a gondola of our dreams

God’s wonders are showing ... the futility of it all

as loneliness besets even the best in us

Solitude now growing in the fear of a fall

as the heart now ponders in someone’s silent scream

Houses and cars like toys disappearing in the distance

Memories of days gone by seem long forgotten

Silence replaces joy seeking for an instance

To see the wonder in the eye of little children

Parents well at ease ... the older ones still entangled

In thought to be young again in bodies breaking down

Only here to please ... as memories are spangled

over their experimental future without hindrance
