Three hundred eighty one days later
The burden has been lifted.
The way we move from place to place
Is no longer segregated.

Three hundred eighty one days later
We thank Rosa Parks for her sacrifice
Any praise for her courage will suffice.
Three hundred eighty one days later
And it feels so nice.

Rosa did the hard part
Got scrutinized
She lead the way
Held our hands
Away from the badlands.

She inspired for

Three hundred eighty one days later
We no longer cater
We no longer need to act as a waiter
Outside a restaurant.

Three hundred eighty one days later
We sat on a bus
