The Shore Nearby

Fri, 11/08/2013 - 21:24 -- Sango96

Playing with dolls in

her own room, she ran around

no worries at six.

She becomes a teen

severs immaturities,

joins ocean of life.

The ocean is wild

and deadly once one strays far

she was beyond shore.

She needs a break soon

or she'll implode from pressure,

The boat is not far.

The boat holds knowledge

and tools to protect herself,

against many threats.

Her only drive is

her family and God’s voice

telling her, keep on.

The shore is quiet,

peaceful but she can’t help her

curiosity.

She wants to assist

other’s with their lives and have

the shore near by her.
