Sheepless Shepherd

The maroon eyes do wander quite quickly,

Peering from behind the troublesome glass.

He causes himself to think quite strictly,

For every moment will fleetingly pass.

His lost little lamb sits there before him,

Her fear is heightened and body shaking,

His heart does flutter as the lights just dim,

If only her heart was for his taking.

To my dearest love, if only you knew,

My loving is deep and forever there,

Words cannot express my feelings for you,

Words of a love that cannot be compared.

My past precedes me and you do deter,

For who could ever love this dark monster.
