The Senses of a Rainforest

I can see beautiful plants,

I can see a sloppy swamp,

I can see a trickly waterfall,

What can you see?

I can hear damp rain pitter pattering,

I can hear squelches from my muddy boots,

I can hear bright birds tweeting,

What can you hear?

I can smell whiffy mud,

I can smell lucious leaves,

I can smell scented plants,

What can you smell?

I can feel fresh air surrounding me,

I can feel decaying mud on my pungent boots,

I can feel nutrient-rich plants tickling my ankles,

What can you feel?
